Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Anarion, a Google Chat app operated by Summit Solar. By installing, accessing, or using Anarion, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of service
Anarion provides a conversational interface in Google Chat for approved business workflows. The app may answer questions, retrieve approved operational information, route requests, or initiate authorized actions depending on the configuration enabled for the user or organization.
3. Eligibility and authorized use
You may use Anarion only if you are authorized by your organization and comply with these terms, applicable laws, and your organization’s policies. You are responsible for the requests you submit and for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
4. Account and access controls
Access may depend on Google Workspace identity, organization settings, administrator approval, and internal authorization rules. Summit Solar may suspend or limit access to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address security concerns.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Anarion to:
- Violate law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights.
- Access data or systems without authorization.
- Submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
- Use outputs as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or employment decisions.
6. Data and privacy
Use of Anarion is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
7. Third-party services
Anarion may interact with Google Workspace and other approved business systems. Those services may have separate terms, privacy policies, limits, outages, or administrative controls.
8. Service availability
Anarion is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free responses, or that every request can be completed.
9. Intellectual property
Summit Solar and its licensors retain all rights in Anarion, including software, design, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Anarion to process requests and provide the service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anarion is provided without warranties of any kind. Summit Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
