Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Anarion is a Google Chat app operated by Summit Solar. This Privacy Policy explains how Anarion collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users interact with the app through Google Chat or related authorized workflows.
2. Information we collect
Anarion may process the following categories of information:
- Google account profile information needed to identify the requesting user, such as name, email address, and organization context.
- Google Chat messages, commands, and conversation context sent directly to Anarion.
- Operational metadata such as timestamps, request identifiers, execution status, error messages, and audit logs.
- End-customer data such as address, email, phone number and name needed to complete its purpose.
3. Google user data
Anarion accesses Google user data only as needed to provide the app’s requested functionality. The app does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the service, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of users and Summit Solar.
4. How we use information
- To respond to user requests in Google Chat.
- To authenticate and authorize users and organizations.
- To route requests to approved systems and return relevant responses.
- To monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- To comply with legal, security, audit, or administrative obligations.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host, secure, monitor, or support Anarion, but only for the purposes described in this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service, users, or Summit Solar.
6. Data retention
Anarion retains operational logs and request records only as long as reasonably necessary for business, security, support, audit, and legal purposes. Chat prompts and workflow outputs may be retained in logs for troubleshooting and auditability unless configured otherwise for a customer or required by law.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include encrypted transport, access controls, identity-aware access protections for administrative tools, secret management, least-privilege service accounts, monitoring, and audit logging.
8. User controls and data deletion
Users or Workspace administrators may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with Anarion by contacting support@summit.solar. See the Data Deletion page for instructions.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
